Agrando Advisory Pty Ltd is an Australian boutique advisory firm founded by Andy Randon, a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience within Financial Services Advisory and in-house Corporate Development:

Following 14 years within the Deal Advisory practice at pwc in the UK and Australia, I joined Australia Post’s Corporate Development team in 2016 where I led the function for my final three years.

Having spent much of my career working close to boards and executive teams on complex strategic and transaction decisions, I bring an advisory mindset shaped by both professional services and in-house leadership experience. This includes leading and supporting corporate development, finance and transformation initiatives from within large organisations, as well as advising on acquisitions, divestments and carve-outs. The common thread has been helping decision-makers navigate ambiguity, understand trade-offs and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whereas external advisors and consultants often focus on identifying opportunities and making recommendations, I bring deep experience of working alongside management teams as they navigate execution and value realisation.

I’m known and respected for building trust, enabling effective decision-making and contributing to strong commercial outcomes.
